Tomato Soup Cake
From The Junior Women's Association of St. Andrews United Church Chalk

Cook 350 for 45-60 minutes
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cup walnuts
1 cup white sugar |
1 - 14 oz tin condensed Tomato soup
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp cloves
1 cup raisins |
Cream butter and sugar together; add one beaten egg,
tomato soup with the soda added. Sift flour and spices and add
to batter along with walnuts and raisins.
