Lost and Found items

1. Pair of black winter boots (Blondo Arctic), size 6 (description: small velcro pocket on outside, tightening strips with clips around ankle)

2. Blue hooded zip-up sweater (Denver Hayes, medium)

3. A pair of generic black rimmed sunglasses (no name-brand)
 
If these items are not claimed by March 1, 2010 they will be donated appropriately.

ATTENTION RACERS: Under advisement from our grooming team and due to snow/trail conditions the 2010 Silver Spoon ski race will NOT be held on the traditional Silver spoon ski trails. Instead it will be held on the Deep River Golf course. We look forward to another successful and fun Silver Spoon!
 
ATTENTION ORIENTEERERS: The orienteering event is cancelled this year due to snow/trail conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience. You will be notified by phone and reimbursed your entry fee. We look forward to seeing you again next year.

Classic Ski Races (categories 1 to 24) and Ski-Skating Knock-Out Sprint: January 29, 2010
Registration for the Participation Mass Start can be up to 11 AM on race day
Deadline for Buffet tickets is Wednesday February 3, 2010

  • Classic style only, except skating knock-out sprint

  • Don't forget to sign up for the knock-out sprint event!

  • Awards will be held in the St. Mary's cafeteria this year.

Silver Spoon Buffet
Saturday February 6

  • The Bear's Den Motel, Highway 17, Deep River
  • Doors open 5:30 p.m.
  • Buffet 6 - 8 p.m. (Adults $23, children 6-10 $15,
    kids 5 and under eat free)

Come for dinner and stay for the party. Tickets must be purchased in advance:

  • on the SS entry form
  • Monica's Pantry (613) 584-3866 beside LCBO.
