About "The Sugar
Bush"
The Sugar Bush came from an idea my kids and their
friends had for their play area. They had so much fun
there, we decided to to name our website the same for
others to come and play.
Our Sugar Bush is a small
group of trees, between Grant and Eric's house and the
neighbours.
Our Sugar Bush contains a
mix of different species of trees, numerous trails,
special hiding spots, and a fort with table and chairs.
There are many special
features which the kids have built, like a mail box for
exchanging secret messages.
In our area, there is a
number of real Sugar Bushes. A Sugar Bush is a forest of
Maple Trees which are tapped to make Maple Syrup. Visit the Petawawa Research Forest
