Sand Crafts
Sand Treasure Box
Material:
- Empty shoe box, Cardboard egg Container
- Paint
- Craft Glue
- Clean Sand
- Food Colouring (optional)
Instructions:
- Paint Box solid colours and let dry
- Spread glue in random patterns over box lid
- Sprinkle clean dry sand onto the wet glue
- Let dry
- (you may wish to repeat a few times until pattern is complete
using different colours of sand
- Place small amounts of clean sand in small pile on wax paper
- Add small amount of different colours of food colour to each
pile
- Mix well
- Let dry
- Store in sealed container)
