Material

• 1/2 cup White Vinegar  
• 1 cup Elmers White Glue
• Sticker pictures (Newspaper, Magazines, Old Cards, PC ClipArt, old photos (where not everything turned out,  homemade pictures.)

**Adjust quantity as you want 1 part Vinegar to 2 parts Glue

1. Combine One part White Vinegar and Two parts white glue. I like to use Elmers White Glue. Mix it really well.
2. Apply it with you finger or an old credit card on the back of your picture, let it dry face down.  (15 to 30 minutes depending how thick you apply it and the weather)
3. Once Dry, just wet and stick

Tip: Use your old bottle of white glue if it's 2/3 s full and just add the white vinager.
