THANK YOU to North Renfrew residents and organizations for their generous support of our COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS BASKET PROGRAM. For the past 17 years, the community and surrounding areas of North Renfrew, have shown an outpouring of goodwill to make a brighter Christmas possible. This year 119 families, comprised of 192 adults and 114 children were recipients of gift certificates for Christmas dinner, along with small gifts, toys, and cans of hot chocolate from Tim Horton’s. Thank you to everyone who contributed. Special thanks to the tireless volunteers from Beta Sigma Phi, who contribute hundreds of hours to coordinate this Community Christmas Basket Program, for without their assistance this program would not be delivered. We thank the coordinators of the Angel trees: Rosalie Boucher, Point Alexander and Carol Skea, Deep River and all the angel tree sites: Curves, Scotiabank, BMO Bank of Montreal, St. Barnabas Church and the Deep River Library. The pajamas collected by Northern Credit Union continue to be a welcome addition to this community program. Each Christmas we appreciate the help and cooperation we receive from the Management and Staff of Fleury’s valu-mart and Giant Tiger. Without the cooperative efforts of individuals, schools, businesses, groups, churches and unions, we would not be able to share so much with so many. Board and Staff of North Renfrew Family Services
