How long does it take to get my order?

Most orders are completed within 5 business days, however on rare occasions it may take longer. Please allow 2 weeks plus shipping time to complete your order.

I'm in a rush, can you meet my schedule?

We will do our best. Please call us and we will try and accomodate your schedule.

What is your minimum order?

Our minimum is 18 pieces.

What kind of art do I need?

Vector-based images are best for most designs, such as Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator. We can also work with pixel-based images, such as jpgs, or Photoshop, but at a high resolution (300 dpi recommended). If your art is at a low resolution, we will try and fix it up so it prints well, but it's best to start with a good-quality image.

Can you supply the art-work?

Yes! Send us your sketch or idea and we will transform it into a screen-ready image. Graphic design work is billed at $40/hour.

What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, cash or cheque. A 50% down payment is required for all orders.

What are set-up fees?

Set-up fees cover the cost of film positives, screens and press set-up. On repeat orders, set-up is reduced because the film is already made, so you pay only screen and press set-up.
