Prize ribbons will be awarded in each category.

Members of LAC are not eligible to enter.

Work will be judged by well established artists, from outside of Deep River, who have many years of experience in various fields of art as well as in shows and gallery settings.

Entry form and fee can be mailed or dropped off at the Deep River Library separately. Submit photos of the art work, if possible, electronically to deepriverlac@gmail.com . Printed photos or slides, along with entry form and fee will also be accepted by regular mail or dropped off at the Deep River Library. Please label images with your name, Tel. No, email address, title of the work, dimensions and
category. Artists may enter more than one category but not more than three pieces of art.

Work must be original and produced without assistance from an instructor.

Show is open to all artists, amateur and professional, but must be work that has not been exhibited previously in Deep River.

Artists may supply a brief bio (100 word maximum) as well as descriptions of their work if they wish.

Artists will be notified of acceptance by phone or email by September 10, 2005.

Delivery of artwork to the library is September 17, 10am to 3pm.,and collection is October 9, 10am to 3pm. Members of LAC will be in attendance to assist.

Each work must be labeled with the artist s name.

If the work is for sale, please indicate a price. Sale price should include a 15% commission to LAC.

Entry fee is $10.00 per category for adults, and $5.00 for youth 18 and under.

Artists are responsible for insuring their work. Gallery sitters will be on hand at all times when
the show is open to the public. LAC accepts no responsibility for damage to works of art.
